Our small family hotel has 10 rooms on two floors that can accommodate from one up to four persons. Six of the rooms have balconies (two rooms from the side of the sea with direct panoramic view to the whole coast, the Venetian port, the harbour and the waterfront where people stroll at night and four rooms from the other side, with view to the main shopping street of the old town), one room has a 25 sq.m. private open terrace offering peace and privacy and three rooms are internal in the building and do not have balcony.
We have two entrances, one from Arkadiou str. which is the main shopping street of the old town of Rethymno and another entrance from El. Venizelou str., which is the road by the sea in the old town.
The building does not have an elevator.
Our hotel does not provide breakfast. Every room has a fridge and a kettle with coffee and tea, if you want to prepare your own breakfast. Otherwise, many bakeries, cafes and restaurants are just outside the hotel.
The Seafront Old Town runs under the license of the Greek National Tourism Organisation (EOT) and stays open all year round.

I love small boutique hotels and their local flavor and culture. I also love the comfort and amenities of big chains. This is the best of both worlds. On line reviews of this hotel are accurate…it’s a great hotel in a great location, at a great price.
